Anne Pässilä: Ethical and mindful organisation

Anne is an applied theatre and drama practitioner and researcher working in a multidisciplinary research team in Lappeenranta University of Technology, LUT Lahti. She is also visiting Research Fellow at Department of Performing Arts & Faculty of Education, University of Chester, UK and a member of Centre for Research in Education, Creativity, and the Arts through Practice (RECAP). Her work in RECAP is linked to her previous research project on arts for transformation. In the project, Anne applied a reflexive learning model called Research-Based Theater (RBT) to trigger a combination of multi-professional knowledge resources for a collective management approach & ethical leadership practices.

PARTICIPATORY THEATRE IN THE DESIGN OF PUBLIC SERVICES network aims to develop participatory forms of theatre that support the design of user-friendly public services. The network will bring together partners, who share a concern in the social aspects of change processes and have successfully used theatrical approaches in the design of novel services.
