Teresa Carvalho is an Assistant Professor in University of Aveiro, the Department of Social, Political and Territorial Sciences and a senior researcher in CIPES – Center for Research in Higher Education, Portugal. Her research interests are related to New Public Management, sociology of professions, gender and academic career.
Oili-Helena Ylijoki is a Senior Researcher in the Research Center for Knowledge, Science, Technology and Innovation Studies, TaSTI, University of Tampere. Her research interests are related to academic cultures and researcher identities, time studies and higher education studies.
Taru Siekkinen is a project researcher in the Finnish Institute for Educational Research, University of Jyväskylä. She has been a responsible researcher in the project “Academic Careers and Recruitments in Finnish Universities”, funded by the Finnish Work Environment Fund.
