Cleantech co-operation between China and Finland gets stronger
Groove programme organizes the event in cooperation with Lahden Seudun Kehitys LADEC Oy, Pegasus Oy, Tampere University of Technology and Jiangsu province. The Roadshow has participants from 17 Chinese and about 50 Finnish companies and organizations.
Collective projects ready to kick off
The Roadshow continues the cooperation between Tekes Groove and Jiangsu province, which started in 2012. In autumn 2012 a delegation including representatives from several Finnish companies and organizations visited Jiangsu province and participated to a roadshow including visits to several industrial parks. The companies also participated in the China International Technology Transfer Conference. In context with the conference matchmaking events between Chinese and Finnish companies were organized.
In the beginning of 2013 Tekes Groove and the Jiangsu province organized a Joint Call for Proposals in the Cleantech area. The aim of the Joint Call was to create research, product development and pilot projects between Finnish and Chinese companies for products to be commercialized in the global markets. 22 applications were received and about 10 projects will be funded. A second Call for Proposals will take place in autumn 2013.
During the Tekes Cleantech Roadshow for Jiangsu event a seminar and matchmaking event will be organized in each of the three cities to enhance the concrete cooperation between Finland and the Jiangsu province. Each seminar has its own theme:
