The Feelings programme vision is that in 2030 Finland will be the leading country in business driven by intangibles. The programme challenges Finnish companies to look for new ways of doing things and has the following objectives:
- Companies understand better the role of customer experience and feelings as innovation and business drivers
- New knowledge networks and unexpected partnerships between creative industries and other companies are created
Novel concepts and solutions based on greater customer value are created both in B2B and B2C business
- Companies have new means to systematically build customer understanding
- Multidisciplinary international research activity is increased, enhancing companies’ ability to convert their intangible assets into something tangible
