Well-being oriented SME programmes


The procurement involves the final evaluation of Tekes’ programmes Boat, Sapuska and Tourism & leisure services and ex-post evaluation of Food & well-being programme.

The evaluators shall produce a report in English and a Finnish summary comprising 2-3 pages. The report will consist of a literature review, an analysis produced on the basis of Tekes’ materials and any other materials as well as a qualitative assessment. The final report will also contain proposals for new indicators that gauge the results and impacts of Tekes’ programs.

Contract period

The contract will be made for a fixed period. The contract will enter into force on 1.3.2014 (target date) and expire on 31.7.2014. or as the assignment is received and   accepted in full by Tekes.

Complited tenders with all appendices must be delivered no later than 4:00 PM on 20.1.2014 Finnish local time.

Additional information

This invitation to tender is subject to requests for additional information until 16.12.2013. Additional information requested must be sent by email kilpailutus@tekes.fi. Emails must be clearly marked: “Evaluation questions 47/25/2013”.

The principles of equal treatment and transparency require tenderers not to present these requests by telephone.
