Impact assessments and studies implemented within each target area comprise the actual and official method for monitoring Tekes success and impacts.
This invitation to tender is about the procurement "The impact of Tekes Activities on Capabilities".
Tekes estimates that the scope of the contract will be less than 125 000 €, excluding VAT.
The Customer selects one (1) supplier and concludes a contract with that supplier.
The evaluation shall be structured in accordance with Tekes’ impact analysis model and the evaluation process has 2 modules and a reporting guideline.
The contract period is seven months. The contract period starts from the signing of the contract. Estimated starting time of the contract is 1.8.2014 and ends 28.2.2015.The key conclusions of the study shall be ready by 31.1.2015.

Submission of tenders
Completed tenders must be delivered primarily via email, no later than 3rd of June 2014 at 4 pm Eastern European Time (EET) to the following email address: email@example.com,
or posted in a sealed envelope to Tekes´s registry office in the address:
