Office in Brussels

FiLi – Finnish Liaison Office for EU R&D and EU Research and Innovation Programmes (EUTI) are Finland’s information services on European Union funding for research and technology with EU. Established in Brussels in 1995, FiLi is jointly funded by Academy of Finland and Tekes, the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation.

FiLi’s mission is to foster collaboration inside the European R&D&I system including the programmes of Academy of Finland and Tekes. FiLi transfers information to and from Finland, and follows current issues of policy making in the field of R&D&I in Brussels.

FiLi is part of IGLO, a network of approximately twenty countries' research office in Brussels.
