Foresight, the analysis of change and strategic agility are emphasised in a rapidly changing world. It probes the dynamic forces of business, science and technology as well as society, along with new challenges and opportunities.

Foresight lays the foundation for the strategy work of Tekes and the entire innovation environment. The most important form of foresight at Tekes involves the updating of Tekes strategy content policies every three years.

The content policies are Tekes’ tool for defining its view of the nationally significant choices supporting the building of Finland’s future.
